What area or areas of your life would you like to see movement on? What’s your goal or your purpose in participating in the series? What’s challenging you about resilience right now? You may be invited to share what you noticed doing these reflections.   The Resilience Rodeo gave me the jump start that I needed. From it, my new morning routine is to do yoga, meditate, and journal before checking the news or my email. I really want to check the news so that motivates me to get moving early! It makes all the difference. Committing to a regular yoga practice has eluded me for more than 30 years. I gratefully credit the Resilience Rodeo for this long awaited, positive breakthrough. -Terry Edlin Jackie’s Resilience Rodeo was immensely helpful with achieving both my personal and professional goals. The materials and practices she covers in these sessions will stay with me for the rest of my life! My attitude and ability to deal with stress have improved, and the support provided by the group was incredibly invaluable. Even my boss commented about how much my resilience improved. The team at Catalyst Ranch is great, too, and I look forward to attending many more Rodeos! - Kate Kalil The resources were awesome. - Tami Cole   Program facilitator and creator JACKIE SLOANE, MCC, is an executive coach, organizational change and communication consultant, and leadership retreat facilitator.
