Our historic lofted spaces are filled with a curated mix of vintage and ethnic furnishings and artwork, eliminating the need for expensive event rentals. And all of our rentals are private to you and your guests.

We have an extensive catering list to meet any budget or culinary desires. Our Preferred Caterers offer delicious catering options in any style service. If you are looking for plated meals, passed appetizers, family-style, buffet-style or stations, any of our caterers can execute to perfection. Many of our caterers are woman-owned and minority-owned.
Location, Location, Location
Catalyst Ranch is located in the bustling and vibrant West Loop neighborhood, the old meatpacking district. The buildings we are located in date back to the 1880s and have soaked up the atmosphere of a bygone era. We’re easily accessible. Planes, trains and automobiles, buses and El stops are all close to our venue. We also offer discounted parking at a nearby enclosed garage.
If your guests need a place to stay, there is a wealth of accommodation options in the area or within a 5-7 minute cab ride, with more opening every day.
