Chocolate, Creativity and Connections: 3 Keys to Happiness and Well-Being

Click here to RegisterAre you feeling stressed and overwhelmed?

Do you find yourself fighting all the time with your spouse or partner?

Have you realized you lost your passion somewhere along the way?

Three things that have kept me sane and healthy during this time are chocolate, creativity and connections. I am not telling you to eat chocolate (but if you want to bring some to our program feel free). Chocolate is a metaphor for passion.

  1. In the world of COVID, when a recession is underway and so many are unemployed it seems like a luxury to think about your passion. But as Les Brown says, “Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears.”
  2. Creative expression is as much a wellness practice as good nutrition and exercise. Creativity is essential to succeed today as parenting and educating our children takes on new responsibilities and stresses.
  3. Working from home, quarantine, social distancing brings on new challenges of isolation and loneliness. How do we connect with loved ones, co-workers and clients in meaningful ways?

In this interactive program, we will look at some easy, fun tools to help you:

  • Identify and explore your passions.
  • Discover 3 easy ways to boost your creativity and reduce your stress in as little as 10 minutes.
  • Cultivate a connection mindset and build better relationships.
  • Leverage this pause so you can create a life that you love using your natural gifts, talents and creativity.

Please bring a pen, markers, crayons, stickers, pencils and plenty of paper.

No artistic ability needed. All you need is a willingness to play, explore and experiment.
