Five unique and dynamic spaces
Our spacious, light and plant-filled rooms are housed inside lofted buildings dating back to the 1880s in the historic Haymarket Square. Breakout areas are built right into the rooms, providing for ultimate flexibility. And creative prompts can be found in every nook and cranny.

How does the Pricing Work?
Rooms are booked as half or full days. The room rental pricing is per person and is all-inclusive except for the catering. We do that so that you don’t have to worry about getting nickeled and dimed for every post-it you use or gallon of coffee you drink. But you can still decide on which menus and meals will best suit your specific meeting needs. We also offer an NFP discount for our non-profit friends.
What’s Included in the Room Rental?
An environment which energizes, fosters new conversations and ways of thinking, reignites the creative mindset and enables learning.
- Space – extra room to move around, breakouts built right into the room
- Meeting Supplies – from notepads to post-its to Play-doh and pipe cleaners
- Technology – 100mbps wireless & wired internet; A/V equipment, flipcharts, dry erase boards
- Staff – Tech support and Ranch Hands at the Ready to support your meeting throughout the day
- Refreshments – unlimited cold & hot beverages; 2 snack services (1 for half days)

High quality food is a big deal and makes a huge impact on your meeting. Our catering partners have ensured our meeting attendees’ bodies are as nourished as their minds.
