Resilience Master Mind Reboot

An interactive webinar series with facilitator Jackie Sloane

It’s been an extended time of change, challenge and uncertainty. The rhythm of your life may have been altered, and you may be sorting that out yet. Many of us could benefit from a supportive community focused on well-being and cultivating resilience as we explore this period and your needs now.

Join us April 14 from 12:30-1:30 pm CT, for Resilience Master Mind Reboot, the first of a three-video webinar series.

In these highly interactive sessions, get in deeper touch with your own inner voice, explore the power of thought, intention and practice to build resilience as you go about your daily life. We’ll share useful resources and exercises, and learn from other participants. Each session, we’ll explore topics and share reflections and learning. We’ll invite you to connect with another group member in between sessions to support you in cultivating new practices, greater well-being and community.

Over the series, we’ll explore:
• What’s incubating within you now
• Restoring/recreating your own rhythm
• The role of play and health
• Mindfulness and health
• Attachments and flow

Tuition: Early registration by March 14: $175. Regular registration: $195

Program includes three group webinars, plus one one-hour private coaching session to support you in getting the most out of the series.
