To our valued clients and guests,

As everyone knows, things are changing every day with updates regarding COVID-19. At Catalyst Ranch, what remains a constant is our top priority: the health of you, our visitors. And just as all of our rooms are visually bright and inviting, so is our attitude toward providing a safe and germ-free environment: bright and optimistic.

We recognize and understand the current level of concern and want you to be updated on how we’re responding here. We are monitoring and adhering to all guidelines from the World Health Organization, the CDC, the Illinois Department of Health and the City of Chicago. As a result, our already high cleanliness standards have increased so that you can be confident in coming to our space.

On top of our previously established, thorough cleaning practices and strict adherence to the Chicago Health Code for Food Establishments, we are adding extra care in the following ways:

  • Client meals and snack services are being served with extra safety in each client’s private room, away from shared spaces.
  • Gloves are being worn by all Ranch Hand staff for each task and discarded afterward, preventing any cross contamination from room to room and client to client.
  • Frequent and thorough handwashing is required of employees and encouraged for guests with increased signage throughout the Ranch.
  • All common areas and restrooms are receiving extra attention, with all high-traffic surfaces being disinfected hourly; and each private meeting room is comprehensively cleaned and sanitized after use, with more surfaces addressed than ever before.
  • We have daily, active communication with our staff, encouraging one another to take care of ourselves and to stay at home if any symptoms of illness are felt.

Please know that we are taking the necessary precautions in this ever-evolving situation. As ever, we appreciate your business and are committed to ensuring your peace of mind as you use our venue. Feel free to call us at (312) 207-1710 with any questions or concerns.

On behalf of everyone at Catalyst Ranch, thank you for your trust in us. I look forward to seeing you at the Ranch.
