5. Cubicle Makeover 2013

Every year we run a contest for Admin Appreciation Day to share the love for those hardworking folks that keep our offices running! It’s always a great time helping the winner’s workspace go from drab to fab and this year our winner was Dessa. Check out the before and after pictures!

4. Sundowner – Star Wars, Aladdin and Coyote: Using Storytelling to Better Connect with Your Audience with Esther Choy

Our clients and management team had a great time in this fun and evocative workshop. Acclaimed storyteller and leadership consultant Esther Choy led attendees in a workshop designed for those looking for memorable and compelling ways to engage their audiences. The workshop introduced basic elements of epic stories, common characters and plots, and ways to incorporate these elements into business communication.

3. Catalyst Ranch Design – American Society for the Surgery of the Hand.

There’s not a week that goes by without a client or attendee saying, “I wish my office looked like the Ranch!” One of our clients, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand took it a step further and hired our Catalyst Ranch Design team to bring the flavor of the Ranch to their office. 2. Match Books – Living Wills

(if viewing this in an email, click here for the video)

Our friend (and one of our preferred facilitators) Brendan Sullivan co-wrote the hilarious and poignant book The Living Wills with radio producer Rick Kaempfer. Collaboration can be a tricky thing, especially with as busy as Rick and Brendan are, so they used the Ranch as a meeting ground to write. They had a very fun and unique approach to their collaboration, which they detailed for us here. And when the book was ready to launch, we hosted them as part of our Match Books series. It was definitely one of the most informative and entertaining events we’ve had this year!

1. Celebrating Ten Years in Business!

Starting a small business is no easy task! To take one’s dreams and passions and attempt to monetize them is truly a labor of love. Because of the support of our friends and clients, we built a strong foundation early on, weathered one of the toughest recessions in history, and continue to expand and grow. Our official anniversary is November 7 and we celebrated our ten year anniversary a week later with many friends, clients, and partners we’ve grown to love over the years. We even held a contest for Catalyst Ranch’s number one fan:

We wouldn’t be where we are without the support of our many friends and clients, so we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a wonderful 2012! Here’s to a glorious new year to everyone!
